Sigismund Bathory (nascut 1573 - decedat 27 martie 1613, Praga). Principe al Transilvaniei (mai 1581-1597; august 1598-martie 1599; februarie-august 1601; septembrie 1601-iulie 1602). Fiul lui Cristofor Bathory şi al Elisabetei Bocskay, a fost ales principe al Transilvaniei în mai 1581 de Dieta de la Cluj, la solicitarea unchiului său, Ştefan III Bathory, rege al Poloniei şi principe al Transilvaniei.
